Convert-VLQ version 0.01

This module converts integers into and from the base64 VLQ representation used by
source maps.  

This module is based on base64-vlq.js and JS::SourceMap::Decoder.


INSTALLATION

To install this module type the following:

   perl Makefile.PL
   make
   make test
   make install
